Creatiive Natiive provides uplifting and empowering art experiences to the CN community. We offer private at-home multi-media art classes, camps, and parties for children in the Los Angeles area, guided by our core values: Community, Creativity, Compassion, and Inspiration.


OVERVIEW

The Children's Art Program & Operations Coordinator collaborates closely with the Owner to ensure seamless business operations. This role requires 20-25 hours per week, flexible between 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend or evening events.


Our ideal candidate is energized by working with children and enjoys a flexible, creative work environment. The person in this role seamlessly blends creativity with operational efficiencies. Even in an operational capacity, it is imperative that the person in this role has a passion for facilitating meaningful art experiences for children.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Program and Event Coordination

  • Cultivate client relationships with respect and kindness.
  • Manage client communications and expectations.
  • Manage payment receipts for all classes, camps, and events.
  • Maintain roster sheets for classes and camps.
  • Facilitate Zoom meetings and update staff on changes.
  • Assist with general inquiries in collaboration with the Owner.
  • Assist with event setup, cleanup, and teacher support.
  • Assist and lead parties, events, and classes as necessary.


Administrative Support

  • Manage job listings and descriptions on Indeed and CN.com.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes in collaboration with the Owner.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, templates, and SOPs.
  • Maintain studio organization and cleanliness.
  • Transcribe, edit, and format lesson plans for internal teacher usage and digital sales.
  • Partner with the Owner to create monthly newsletters and social media.


Systems and Reporting

  • Pull and organize reports as needed.
  • Drive operational innovations in collaboration with the Owner to optimize and automate current processes.


Sales and Inventory Oversight

  • Create and update product listings on various platforms.
  • Manage the Shopify website and monitor analytics.
  • Ensure timely procurement and inventory management.


Minimum Requirements

  • Passion for children’s art education, familiar with Reggio-Emilia, Waldorf, and Montessori approaches.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar) and Canva (or similar design software).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving approach and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to plan, communicate, and execute plans with a team.
  • Technical proficiency and comfort with learning new software tools.
  • Collaborative mindset and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.


Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Familiarity with Shopify.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Storefront.
  • Previous experience working with children.


Job Location

50% North Hollywood Headquarters, 50% Remote
