Job Description of the Customer Service Representative:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Service Representative who is passionate about boating and understands the terminology and nuances of the industry. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with the support and information they need to enjoy their boating experiences to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service Representative:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and after-sales support.
  • Provide expert advice on boating products and services, drawing on your understanding of boating terminology and industry standards.
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and promotions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications Customer Service Representative:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the boating industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of boating terminology and familiarity with boating products and accessories.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in boating or marine-related fields are a plus.
  • A passion for boating and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
