Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership & Management:
  • Lead and manage Salesforce projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, progress, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Solution Design & Implementation:
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other IT team members to design Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and implementation of Salesforce applications.
  • Ensure solutions comply with best practices and align with the organization’s strategic goals.
  • Quality Assurance & Testing:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with end-users to ensure solutions meet their needs.
  • Training & Support:
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure end-users are proficient in using Salesforce applications.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues post-implementation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation and optimization projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Project Manager.
  • In-depth understanding of financial industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with data migration and integration between Salesforce and other financial systems.
  • Proficiency in using project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello.
