We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team, headquartered in Boston. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, ensuring they get world class customer experience. You will be working in a highly collaborative environment with a team of talented and passionate people.
Primary responsibilities:
- Build and manage long lasting, customer relationships by communication, training and resolving issues quickly.
- Drive retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities
- Proactively evaluate customer sentiment and risk to avoid churn
- Project manage and perform customer onboarding
- Promoting to the customer the value of the product
- Relay the voice of customers with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product etc.
- Assist in creating and delivering training
- Manage up to 50 accounts
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with account management in sales or customer success
- Able to articulate data and metrics showing customer usage of product to management
- Experience with SaaS products
- Ability to communicate using technical language
- Experience working in the security space
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Experience working in a series A or B startup
- Working at our Boston office 3 days a week, 2 days at home
