What You Will Be Doing
- Analyze construction documents and advise the project team on potential issues.
- Compose and edit letters, memos, reports, and procedures; process administrative items.
- Prepare special reports and studies, and interpret project schedules and subcontractor performance.
- Research and prepare field change requests; update and generate accurate as-built documents.
- Attend project meetings and take a proactive approach to career development.
The Ideal Candidate
- 4-year degree in mechanical engineering or construction science, or Project Management Certification (PMP) with related construction experience
- 2+ years of construction experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office with a willingness to learn new software systems
- OSHA-30 certification required within six months of hire
- Courteous, professional, diplomatic, and highly motivated
