The Capital Markets team focuses on capital raising solutions for innovators in the technology sector. The firm serves a wide range of technology and life sciences companies, guiding them from IPO through public company operations and beyond. Additionally, the firm advises top investment banks, venture capital funds, and institutional investors in public equity and debt capital markets transactions.
The ideal candidate will have experience at a major law firm, a strong commitment to excellent client service, and significant experience in public securities offerings, including both equity and debt. Strong interpersonal skills, a motivated and entrepreneurial outlook, excellent academic credentials, superior communication and organizational skills, and Bar membership in the state where they wish to practice are essential.
