Job Duties

  • Processes multiple staff expenses and credit card statements
  • Daily processing of invoices
  • Process hourly and salary payroll on a weekly and biweekly pay schedule
  • Manage insurance compliance
  • Process change orders, contracts, release of liens and subcontractor payment applications


Job Requirements

  • Strong communication skills; with a customer service focus towards the field project teams
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in the construction industry
  • MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam Revu or Adobe Acrobat proficiency required
  • Construction financial management software familiarity such as CMIC is helpful
  • Experience with Timeclock Plus, Ebix, Corpay, Kofax, or Imagetrust is preferred
  • Experience with AIA documents preferred
