Title: Eligibility Representative

Location: Warrendale, PA 15086 (onsite)

Duration: 5 months

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm, 1 hour lunch

Duties:

  • Delivers straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in Eligibility.
  • Technical understanding of systems.
  • Issues tend to be routine.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Eligibility and business/operating processes and procedures.
  • Works to clearly defined procedures under close supervision.
  • Opening inbound mail, scanning documents, and faxing information when needed.

Must Haves Requirement:

  • Scanning/faxing.
  • Good with Outlook e-mail.
  • Clerical Work, No Phone Queue.

Education:

  • High School Diploma
