Outreach CoordinatorSpringpoint Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Senior Living Outreach Coordinator to join our teamAt Springpoint, the responsibility of the Senior Living Outreach Coordinator is to build relationships with community partners, drive referrals, and increase occupancy for our Life Plan, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing communities. The ideal candidate has experience in sales and marketing within the senior care industry and a proven ability to develop strong community relationships.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain professional relationships with key community referral sources, including elder care attorneys, financial planners, physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and other healthcare and senior professional providers.Conduct outreach activities, presentations, and events to increase awareness of our community's services within the local market.Manage and follow up on new leads and referrals, providing potential residents and their families with information and tours of the community.Collaborate with the sales and admissions team to meet and exceed occupancy goals.Track and report on outreach activities, marketing efforts, and sales results.Participate in the planning and execution of public information programs, open houses, and special events.Stay informed on industry trends, competitive developments, and relevant regulations, including the Fair Housing Act and ADA.Represent the community at local civic organizations, businesses, and service groups.Education and Experience:Associate's degree in a related field such as nursing, social work, or marketing required.Minimum of five years of experience in a sales, admissions or outreach role within a skilled nursing, assisted living, or life plan community environment is required.Demonstrated experience in community outreach or marketing, preferably in the senior care industry.Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Comprehensive Benefits Package (Full Time):Medical/Dental/Vision/Rx PlansPaid Time Off and Holidays401(k) with Company Match (Once Eligible)Life & Disability InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountsVoluntary Benefits (including DailyPay)Employee & Resident Bonus Referral ProgramsEmployee Assistance ProgramWellness & Wellbeing ProgramsTuition ReimbursementProfessional Development and Career OpportunitiesPay Range: $30 - $35 / hourEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
