Job Description

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 7 years in test automation.
  • Strong expertise in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, or similar.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python.
  • Proficiency in using Automation tools Selenium, Appium, WitBe.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, or Azure DevOps.
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud-based testing tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
  • Certifications in software testing or test automation (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.


Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive test automation frameworks and strategies.
  • Experience in Web, Mobile, Video (WitBe), API and Broadband automation.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and api testing.
  • Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring fast and reliable feedback on software quality.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure test automation is aligned with project goals and timelines.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to QA engineers on best practices for test automation.
  • Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with development teams to resolve defects.
  • Continuously improve test automation processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mentor and train QA team members on test automation tools and techniques.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in test automation and recommend improvements to existing frameworks.
