- Test Automation: Lead the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks, scripts, and tools to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to test teams, ensuring they follow best practices and adhere to company standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure test plans align with business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance testing efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
- Tooling and Technology: Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, technologies, and methodologies, and recommend their adoption to improve testing capabilities.
- Team Mentoring: Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in test automation, with a strong background in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
- Skills: Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Java, Spring Boot, and others; experience with cloud migration and native cloud development systems; and knowledge of CI/CD integration to cloud services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: Agile Practitioner certification or equivalent.
- Cloud Experience: Experience with Azure, AWS, and GCP cloud automation architect and exposure to CI-CD integration to cloud services.
- Tooling Expertise: Proficiency in tools such as Jenkins, Tricentis, JMeter, CA Blaze Meter, Java-Mockito, and Rational Service Virtualization.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
