Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in private practice with:

  • Exceptional writing/drafting skills

  • Strong client communication skills
  • Familiarity with SOS of Ohio, auditor, recorder, SimpliFile, and other forms databases and filing systems

  • Prior experience in M&A transactions is preferred
