Corporate Paralegal/Assistant

We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Corporate Affairs team, providing support to our Corporate Counsel and General Counsel. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field, and experience in litigation, discovery, and contract review.

The Paralegal will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's success. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing paralegal support to Corporate Counsel and General Counsel
  • Reviewing company contracts and related documents
  • Identifying and implementing processes to manage and track legal information, contracts, and documents
  • Managing risk management concerns, including ensuring records and files are electronically stored, indexed, and searchable
  • Composing original legal documents and gathering information for complex legal analysis
