Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Manager, Internal Meetings to join the Congress & Meeting Management (CMM) team at one of our pharmaceutical / Manufacturing clients.
This role is crucial for delivering high-quality internal meetings for the Human Pharma + Animal Health business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and execution of internal meetings, ensuring alignment with Internal Meetings SOP, Playbook, and FAQ.
- Drive engagement, efficiency, and attendee satisfaction while meeting strategic goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth meeting operations and compliance with regulations (e.g., Sunshine Act, PhRMA code).
- Suggest and implement best practices based on research and past performance.
- Manage large-scale meeting budgets, negotiate with vendors, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Exhibit high ethical standards and maintain professional interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years of end-to-end logistical experience with large-scale meetings (200+ attendees).
- Proficient in virtual meeting platforms and project management.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
