This role is crucial for delivering high-quality internal meetings for the Human Pharma + Animal Health business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and execution of internal meetings, ensuring alignment with Internal Meetings SOP, Playbook, and FAQ.
  • Drive engagement, efficiency, and attendee satisfaction while meeting strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth meeting operations and compliance with regulations (e.g., Sunshine Act, PhRMA code).
  • Suggest and implement best practices based on research and past performance.
  • Manage large-scale meeting budgets, negotiate with vendors, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Exhibit high ethical standards and maintain professional interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years of end-to-end logistical experience with large-scale meetings (200+ attendees).
  • Proficient in virtual meeting platforms and project management.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
