JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


Financial Analysis and Reporting:

- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.

- Prepare and deliver financial reports, including variance analysis, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial statements.

- Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.


Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for designated business units or departments.

- Develop detailed financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flows.

- Monitor and update forecasts based on actual performance and changing business conditions.


Financial Modeling:

- Create and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business scenarios and investment opportunities.

- Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess potential financial impacts.

- Support M&A activities and other strategic initiatives through robust financial modeling and analysis.


Operational Support:

- Partner with business unit leaders to provide financial guidance and support for operational decision-making.

- Analyze business performance metrics and operational trends to identify areas for improvement.

- Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Strategy and Planning:

- Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute financial insights to support long-term business goals.

- Support the development and evaluation of strategic initiatives, business cases, and capital investment projects.

- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and board meetings.


Risk and Compliance Management:

- Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities within the business.

- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, financial standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Support internal and external audits as required.


Data Management and Analytics:

- Leverage financial data and analytics tools to generate insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the financial systems.

- Utilize business intelligence tools to extract, analyze, and visualize financial information.


QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.

- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.

- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.

- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).

- Knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
