Position Summary:
The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will be stationed at our headquarters. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional financial reporting and analytical capabilities.

This role involves assisting in the preparation and evaluation of operational and financial reporting packages, transforming data into insightful reports and financial models that aid the management team in making informed decisions.

The candidate will collaborate closely with business partners to develop tools, data sets, and standardized reports to meet departmental requirements.

The ability to think critically and enhance existing processes is essential. The successful candidate will be an innovative thinker, capable of transforming a small idea or challenge into a practical solution.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation and review of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for both internal and external stakeholders.
2. Analyze current and historical financial results, conduct variance analysis of key metrics, identify trends, and recommend actions.
3. Support senior management and department leaders with comprehensive analysis.
4. Perform various financial analyses and develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
5. Develop and monitor key performance metrics aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
6. Actively oversee financial statement deliverables and communicate findings to stakeholders.
7. Contribute to enhancing the efficiency of financial reporting by creating automated processes and applications.
8. Maintain technical expertise by participating in educational workshops and reviewing relevant publications.
9. Lead monthly and quarterly presentations detailing financial results to senior management.
10. Collaborate effectively with other departments, including property accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.

Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in financial reporting or related fields, with big 4 experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and the ability to create financial models.

Preferred Attributes:
- CPA designation preferred.
- Knowledge of the Real Estate industry and terminology is a significant advantage.
