If you're seeking to be part of a dynamic, expanding team, they are currently seeking a Estimator who values teamwork and collaboration. Joining them means becoming part of a robust and sustainable pipeline of projects across Phoenix.
Responsibilities:
As a Construction Estimator, you will report directly to the VP of Estimating and will be responsible for -
- Collaborating with estimators to prepare bids and proposals effectively.
- Conducts thorough assessments of quantities, materials, and labour requirements based on project specifications.
- Utilizes material unit prices and labour productivities to create accurate estimates.
- Aids in managing bid documents and ensures proper documentation and organization of all estimate-related information for a seamless transition to the project team.
- Supports the lead bid runner by undertaking bid-day tasks as assigned.
- Obtains competitive pricing from subcontractors and suppliers to enhance bidding competitiveness.
- Cultivates and sustains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including lead estimators, lead bid runners, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
- 3 or more years in the construction industry.
- Basic knowledge of the construction industry and key principles involved in bid preparation.
- Understands and uses take off systems.
- Outstanding oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
