Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Irvine, CA or San Antonio, TX or Raleigh, NC or Indianapolis, IN or Hartford, CT or Phoenix, AZ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position will require to work in PST time zone and may require travel in the US.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

• At least 3 years of ServiceNow experience mainly with ITSM and ITOM, and good to have SPM, SecOps, GRC.

• At least 3 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/Solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment of ServiceNow related activities, including integrations, catalog builds.

• Must be experienced with development using JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular, and have worked on ServiceNow code builds that involves UI policies, business rules, client scripts and other relevant

• At least 3 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.

• Creation of documentation and artifacts for the designed solution

• Hands on ServiceNow technical configuration & scripting experience required including fluency in JavaScript, HTML and libraries/frameworks such AngularJS and Bootstrap

• Fluency in third party integrations using APIs, web services, JDBC, and service graph connectors.

• Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business.

• Experience in working with multi-vendor development environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture.

• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires some travel.

• Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and CSA.

• Planning and Co-ordination skills.

• Good Communication and Analytical skills.
