Role Description
This is a full-time, remote (but travel-heavy) role for a Director of Business Development. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for leading new business development efforts, creating business plans, generating leads, managing partner interaction and Project Managing the consultants required to close big deals. The Director of Business Development will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Net New Business Development and Business Planning skills
- Experience in lead generation and consultative interest generating
- Account management skills including account-based selling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the Intelligent Automation industry is a plus, tech is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related experience
