LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Schaumburg, IL. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing and recruiting top talent for hourly positions. Your expertise will be essential in tracking recruitments metrics, and providing sourcing strategies to identify talent. Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Manage a requisition load of 5-15 open roles per week, primarily focusing on hourly roles such as maintenance, technicians, machine operators, front desk associates, janitors, etc.
  • Bilingual Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with a diverse candidate pool.
  • Applicant Tracking System: Utilize the UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) applicant tracking system to streamline the recruitment process and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Sourcing: Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed for proactive sourcing, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Team Leadership: Assist in implementing effective sourcing strategies, establishing structure and processes, and achieving recruitment goals.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Run recruitment reports and metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate outreach statistics, and other relevant KPIs. Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress.
  • Problem Solving: Act as a strong problem solver, addressing challenges in the recruitment process and proposing innovative solutions to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Self-Starter: Demonstrate initiative as a self-starter, taking ownership of the recruitment process and proactively identifying areas for improvement.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with a focus on hourly roles.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Experience using the UKG applicant tracking system.
  • Proven experience in proactive sourcing through LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in running recruitment reports and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
