Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Understanding of Manufacturing Sector, E-learning industry experience
  • Tech orientation in areas like - clean propulsion systems; software defined everything (SDx) and GenAI
  • Experience in connecting with c-suite of the top ER&D spenders – Sales Exp
  • Specially in the B2B space / Enterprise sales – Private sector
  • Met sales quota in the tune of >5Mn USD
  • Has been an individual seller with targets and not just managing a team target
  • Has ability to manage a team at a later point of time
  • SAS Solution selling exp in Enterprises
  • Any relevant experience in working with Academia for student skilling
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 5-8 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives and forecast accurately
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, trends, and metrics.
  • Results-driven, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and events.
