CBTS is currently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Functional Analyst for a position located in Carrollton, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Previous experience with administration and configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM Field Service Module AND Dynamics 365 Business Central (3+ years enterprise experience)
- Heavy experience with PowerApps and/or PowerBI, either development of administration
- Experience with SCRUM methodology
- Ability to work with multiple teams and quickly understand the internal systems of the company as they relate to managing of Dynamics 365 CRM Field Service Module AND Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Strong communication skills
Nice to have skills:
- Experience working with Azure Data Factory
- Certifications in Dynamics CRM or NAV/Business Central
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience working with 3rd party extensions applications (example: EDI, Credit Card Authorizations, Document Management, etc…)
Experience/Technology stack:
- Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales and Field Service Modules, online version)
