Accounting Manager

Our client, a leading Medical Device Manufacturer and distributor is adding a Analyst to their entity in BranchBurg NJ.
This role will report to the CFO and be an in-office role.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day accounting and finance support using QuickBooks, including: Accounts receivable/ (AR) invoices, Accounts Payables, paying vendors, analyzing and coding credit card charges and more
  • Multiple state sales and use tax filings
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, including:
    • Journal entries
    • Account reconciliations (e.g., prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and accrued expenses schedules)
  • Reconciliations
  • Assist in the preparation of consolidating monthly financial statements.
  • Support consolidated management reporting.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Financial Statement Preparation Experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Advanced Level Excel and ERP systems. QuickBooks a plus
