Our products are waterless and contain just 5 real ingredients, nothing else. As we prepare to scale, we’re looking for an experienced Fractional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a critical role in our growth, leveraging existing industry relationships to drive key operational initiatives.


Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Fractional COO to join our team on a part-time basis for a four-month period. In this strategic role, you will be instrumental in sourcing a contract manufacturer, assisting with product development and R&D, overseeing packaging and design, and managing vendor relationships. The emphasis will be on leveraging your existing relationships within the beauty industry to accelerate our operational goals. You will be providing high-level operational guidance without being involved in the day-to-day management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage Industry Relationships: Utilize your established relationships within the beauty industry to secure top-tier vendors, manufacturers, and partners that align with our brand’s standards.
  • Contract Manufacturer Sourcing: Identify and negotiate with contract manufacturers that meet our quality and ethical standards, ensuring a smooth transition into production.
  • Product Development & R&D: Offer strategic input on product formulation and development, ensuring all products are aligned with our commitment to natural and effective skincare.
  • Packaging & Design Oversight: Guide the selection and development of packaging that reflects our brand identity and meets sustainability goals.
  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Strategic Supply Chain Oversight: Provide strategic insights and oversight on the supply chain process, ensuring it supports our operational efficiency and quality goals.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in the beauty industry, with substantial experience in operations, supply chain management, or manufacturing.
  • Industry Relationships: A strong network of existing relationships within the beauty industry is essential, particularly with manufacturers, suppliers, and product development experts.
