Our client is looking for an Technical Project Manager who play a pivotal role in analyzing technical requirements, initiating new projects, and overseeing progress from both business and technology perspectives. This position involves managing project initiatives and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across various divisions and teams.


WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Collaborate with executives and product managers to prioritize projects based on company goals and objectives.
  • Manage the complete project lifecycle from design to rollout, including marketing, sales, and production support.
  • Oversee the planning, development, and integration of ERP systems.
  • Track, analyze, and resolve issues with ERP/OMS systems.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, including requirements definition, UI/UX design, architectural design, stakeholder feedback, development, and deployment.
  • Innovate in optimizing delivery practices, resources, and key performance factors, resolving blockers across the organization to ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead a cross-functional team in a matrixed organization to achieve successful, on-time delivery and negotiate project scope and priorities with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct technical solution working sessions with lead developers.
  • Serve as the escalation and prioritization point for the team's work.
  • Establish and champion an Agile/Scrum environment, onboard stakeholders and tech teams, set up processes, and act as an Agile coach.
  • Possess expert knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and iterative project management methodologies.
  • Resolve technical and operational issues as needed.


WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent related experience required.
  • 5-10 years of Project Management experience in large-scale implementations, including ERP, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), OMS (Order Management System), Middleware, and Analytics platforms.
  • 5-10 years of experience managing product delivery using Scrum, Kanban, and Jira.
  • 5-10 years of EDI Solutions/Applications delivery experience preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with industry-standard word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software programs.
  • Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to emergent requirements and changing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior e-commerce experience desired.


Must be able to work for a US based company without requiring visa sponsorship.


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Hourly rate is between $60/hr to $74/hr based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
