  • Balance closing disclosures.
  • Able to meet prior set deadlines.
  • Ensure all clear to close approval conditions are satisfied and or fulfilled prior to releasing closing documents for signatures.
  • Answer any incoming calls regarding closing and funding.
  • Balance and order wires to be sent to title companies to fully complete the loan funding.
  • Stay in constant communication with clients to inform them of their final cash to close amount and how funds need to be transferred.


Qualifications

  • Prior mortgage and closing coordinator experience preferred.
  • Proficient In Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Excel, PDF Xchange Editor
  • Knowledgeable regarding closing disclosures, loan estimates, mortgage terms and can explain them fully to clients if needed.
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and working through conflicts.


Education

  • Bachelor degree preferred
