Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Coordinate and deliver HSE training programs for employees to promote awareness and adherence to safety standards.
  • Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of HSE activities, incidents, and regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with regulatory agencies and ensure timely submission of required reports and documentation.
  • Promote a positive safety culture by engaging employees in safety initiatives and encouraging proactive safety practices.
  • Stay updated on HSE trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve the organization’s HSE programs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a health, safety, and environmental role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
