About the Company:
Our client is a financially strong global specialty reinsurance company. They have asked us to help them find a Property Treaty Reinsurance Underwriter to join their dynamic, collaborative small team. The position is hybrid and can be in Hartford or Stamford CT or NYC.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have some property reinsurance underwriting and pricing experience as well as statistical aptitude. However, they would be open to a well-experienced commercial property underwriter on the direct side. You would handle a book of new and renewal business while partnering with their brokers and helping them grow the book. There would be some travel within the US.
