Description:

  • We are seeking a Product Analytics Manager to manage the analysis of quantitative and qualitative engagement data for in-store content apps.
  • Candidates who have an eye for data, analytics and and clear communication are highly desirable.

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Monitor and provide reports from in-store app portfolio’s Adobe Analytics instances
  • Track engagement performance of app features
  • Understand and measure impact of the in-store apps on the customer journey
  • Support measurement of pilots and tests
  • Participate in product discovery
  • Participate in the facilitation of feedback gathering for customers, sales people, and partners

Requirements:

  • SQL not required but preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), data science background is preferred
  • Background in app engagement analytics, 5+ years preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to be entrepreneurial and a self-starter
  • Advanced understanding and usage of Adobe Analytics
  • Ability to multitask and understand how to prioritize tasks based on importance vs. immediacy
  • High EQ and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to formulate budgets and financial models
  • Comfortable working in time-sensitive and rapidly evolving situations
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, while being efficient with limited resources
  • Level of attention to detail that is second to none
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
