Main Responsibilities:

  • Utilize technology to build loan renewals and modifications on the system, track and pay escrow, check credit disputes, scan documents, etc.
  • Check vehicle titles for proper lien position.
  • Track lien waivers and vouchers.
  • Distribute daily loan reports.
  • Provide superior service by assisting customers and employees with in-person and phone inquiries.
