· Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and manage SMS marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee e-commerce platform sales and develop digital strategies to drive online revenue.

· Traditional Marketing:

  • Work closely with the product development department on new product launches and develop corresponding marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with printers and internal graphic designers to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all print materials.
  • Develop and implement print marketing campaigns that align with digital marketing efforts.
  • Organize and participate in live events to promote the brand and products.

· Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Partner with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate photoshoots and digital campaigns to support marketing strategies.

· Industry Knowledge:

  • Understand and apply marketing strategies for both direct consumers and businesses, including wholesalers.
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of the professional beauty space, including wet lines, color lines, and salon services, to effectively market to hairdressers and stylists as well as everyday consumers.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, email marketing, and e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of traditional marketing, including print.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong strategic planning abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and external agencies.
  • Experience in the beauty or hair care industry is a plus.
