  • Hourly pay rate: $38.67/hour


Responsibilities:


  • Become the digital / social trend expert for your brand category and ensure trends and insights are used to create content that converts
  • Integrate best in class division guideline/ competitor best practice to identify key global and emerging trends for your brand category; ensure all strategy is driven by data and consumer first.
  • Mastering the content tools
  • Supporting the digital content leads with creating digital brief base on DMI marketing’s brief, competitor insights and drive country’s input.
  • Supporting the digital shoots & preparation to have digital content that leads to best-in-class division/ group/ brand guideline.
  • Supporting the digital communication book release for country
  • Contribute to and help maintain the Digital Project Calendar, helping ensure visibility to all ongoing Digital initiatives.
  • Leading and organizing the digital team meeting topics and agenda with internal & cross function team.
  • Leading the digital project timing tracker; working with internal or creative agency tracking the project.
  • Consistently monitor brand competitors through an ongoing, D2C, Amazon, e-retail audit for best practices & content usage
  • Work with digital leads to develop content strategy & shoot plans to update channel assets and drive conversion


Required Qualifications:


  • BA degree required
  • 1-2 years of Industry related marketing work experience
  • Experience working collaboratively with R&D on a new product or renovation
  • 2+ years of content experience
