Great growth opportunity This position is with a new insurance business located in Bend, Oregon. They are looking for someone who finds it rewarding to nourish, build, and maintain customer relationships, as well as someone who can be a brand ambassador to support the products and services offered by the business.

REQUIREMENTS
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* One year of experience in a sales environment, preferably including marketing, prospecting, cold calling, networking, preparing quotes, and delivering presentations
OR
* Two years of customer service experience
PREFERENCES
* Property and Casualty insurance license (NAIC) is preferred before starting and is required after beginning employment.
* Experience with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, etc)
* Experience using a wide range of digital services such as smartphones, tablets and laptop computers
* Experience with social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, X, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, Google+, LinkedIn, etc.
JOB DUTIES
* Maintains effective customer relationships, understands customers' needs and matches them with appropriate product and service offerings
* Promotes brand awareness through participation in agency and community events.
* Secures new business through individual effort and established lead methods
* Retains existing customers by providing industry leading customer experiences
* Ensures completion of requested account and policy updates and changes
HOURS
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
* Opportunity to move to full time based on business needs
PAY
$14.70 - $16 per hour (plus commission), depending on experience
* Commissions given per policy opened, rates depending on policy
