What You Will Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily operations of the restaurant
  • Managing and training restaurant staff
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality and service
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Ordering supplies
  • Monitoring the financial performance of the restaurant and preparing reports
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract customers

  • Greeting or seating guests
  • Preparing or serving food
  • Handling payment transactions from patrons


Restaurant Manager Key Responsibilities


You will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and smooth service. You’ll manage staff schedules, train employees, and monitor performance to maintain service standards. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for handling customer feedback, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your role also includes managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving profitability.


Restaurant Manager Basic Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or a similar managerial role
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management is a major plus
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of budgets and financial management
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
