Primary Daily Responsibilities for Department Coordinator:
  • Weekly connection and partnering with department leads to verify hiring and employee relation needs
  • Ensure all compliance and policy communication is distributed to necessary employees and offices
  • Coordinate employee activities and events held by the organization
  • Provide employee-centric support to staff and new hires through onboarding and employee satisfaction evaluations
  • Scheduling meetings for Department leaders
