Database Associate

A Database Associate will primarily assist in collecting and processing order data and customer affiliations with dental service and group purchasing organizations in our databases.


Key Responsibilities:


·      Manage, perform and streamline the entry of point-of-sale data received monthly from distribution partners into our database

·      Collect, validate and process specific business affiliations among account records in our database

·      Deduplicate and create new records as required

·      Research and add critical contact information to existing account records

·      Coordinate with our Data Analyst for corporate reporting needs and in support of marketing department initiatives

·      Coordinate with our Sr. Sales Administrator for updating customer affiliations in tandem with our Special Markets Sales Managers in the field


Qualifications:


  •   Bachelor degree in Data Analysis
  •   2-3 years of entry level data analysis experience preferred
  •   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate requests into solutions
  •    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and process performance
  • Ability to juggle recurring, repetitive tasks and deliver high quality results on-deadline
