Role Overview:
As an Associate in Software Engineering, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, supporting, and maintaining the firm's software solutions that cater to its global operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, which includes:
1. Requirements gathering
2. System design
3. Coding

7. Production support
- Build multi-threaded and multi-process service-oriented Java enterprise applications within a Unix environment.
- Utilize programming technologies such as Java, Spring, or Kafka.
- Work with relational database management systems (RDBMS) like Sybase or Oracle.
- Design and develop micro-services architecture, including REST, Java, Spring, or other back-end technologies.
- Employ database query languages, including SQL or NoSQL technologies like MongoDB.
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field with one (1) year of experience in the offered position or a related software engineering role.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in the same fields with three (3) years of experience in the offered position or a related software engineering role.
- Prior experience must include:
- Full software development lifecycle experience
- Proficiency in the technologies mentioned above.
Compensation:
The expected annual base salary for this position is $170,000. Additionally, eligibility for a discretionary bonus may apply based on employment status at fiscal year-end.
