Developer Relation Manager

Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners to ensure the successful launch and prominent visibility of key products on the platform.
- Identify and prioritize partner goals, becoming an expert on each organization, business model and strategic priorities
- Facilitate partner interactions with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives
- Lead multiple engagements simultaneously over a variety of products & services including tech integration & optimization, support virtual and in-person events, demonstrations and workshops.
- Understand and communicate market/consumer needs and partner feedback on product quality and feature requests to internal product teams to provide better product experience.
- - Expand the partner relationship/projects to additional local markets to drive a scalable result. Able to track and communicate key metrics to accomplish strategic objectives with convincing data or metric.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree and minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Product Management, Partnerships and/ or Business Development.
- Deep understanding of apps ecosystem and IT industry including content platform and public cloud areas.
- Experience with building strategic partnerships, negotiation, and execution in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a mature, respectful approach in all communications.
- Capability of handling complex, fast-moving and unforeseen communication challenges.
