The NPG Health family of agencies (Navisync, PRYME, and MMR) is currently recruiting for a Manager, Market Research & Analytics. The successful candidate will manage a platform of integrated research and data analysis to uncover opportunities for payer, provider and patient access, as well as commercial success for branded pharmaceutical products.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative and compelling insights into the performance of and issues facing pharmaceutical companies and other key stakeholders across all healthcare delivery channels
  • Provide ongoing pharmaceutical market analysis focusing on market overviews, growth drivers, catalysts, forecasting and implications for stakeholders including pharma companies, payers, providers and patients
  • Assists in building and maintaining meaningful business relationships with clients to support their day-to-day activities while providing detailed research, analysis, and solutions
  • Assist internal Client Services and Strategic Services Teams in day-to-day project operations where applicable (i.e., preparation of research materials, agreements, presentation slides and other documents necessary for successful research work)
  • Develops broad knowledge of related research methodologies and pharmaceutical market through the delivery of client engagements
  • Write and speak regularly on current topics of interest in healthcare, as the voice of reason with supportable and proven data analytics
  • Manage both online and offline desk research to support proposal design and final reporting
  • Perform analysis of both qualitative & quantitative data to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client deliverables
  • Responsible for quality control of all qualitative and quantitative data research for the agency
  • Perform QC call backs to the research respondents where necessary
  • Seeks and manages vendor relationships needed for key projects
  • Creates presentations for clients with some senior support
  • Attends, supports, and presents at client meetings with senior support
  • Contributes to agency-wide learning, development, and recruiting


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in market research, advanced analytics, technology solutions, and clinical research services for the life sciences industry
  • Bachelor’s degree required and/or equivalent work experience
  • Experience interviewing a variety of healthcare subjects including payers, providers, and patients
  • experience within healthcare industry in both qualitative and quantitative project management
  • Resourceful in contracting freelancers and managing multiple workstreams
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, digital survey platforms, and written and spoken English is a must
  • Ability to think creatively, and develop innovative solutions to uncommon problems
  • Previous skills will be advantageous
