Market Research Associate Director

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to lead our market research team. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day project activities, coaching and mentoring junior team members, and driving business development efforts in both new and established accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantitative market research, including design and presentation creation, and experience working in the life sciences industry.

The Associate Director will work closely with our commercial operations, analytics, data services, and HEOR/RWE teams to win integrated engagements and drive business growth. They will also be responsible for guiding, training, and coaching junior team members, and will have line management responsibilities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience working in a market research agency
  • Experience working in the life sciences industry
  • Experienced in quantitative research; qualitative experience an added bonus
  • Working familiarity with statistical tools used in market research (e.g. SPSS, Q Research Software, etc.)
