Job Description:

Job Purpose :

· This job is responsible for providing daily administrator support and improvement efforts for Workday and additional HR Strategic Business applications, including configuration and ad-hoc reporting; supporting implementation of system upgrades; testing system enhancements, troubleshooting issues and documenting workflows; monitoring data logs and managing releases; providing ongoing technical support to Service Center employees; ad-hoc performance of quality audits.

· This role will be involved in creating test cases and testing interfaces to various vendors and various systems within Client. Data conversion and data validation will also be required.

Required Job Qualifications:

· 5 years’ experience with HRMS Systems.

· Minimum of 1 year SaaS and/or Cloud Based experience.

· Vendor Relationship experience.

· Project Management
