Your focus will be on our customers' post go-live journey, assuring long-term success. You will deliver a variety of programs and services ranging from feature assessments to full feature deployments to support their growing and changing business needs within Workday.

Key Responsibilities

As a Workday HCM and Security Expert, you will be responsible for helping customers overcome HR technology challenges and driving high levels of customer satisfaction. You will engage customers to quickly understand business requirements, share your broad experience with industry practices, and adapt and succeed independently in challenging situations. You will also develop and demonstrate system configuration solutions, articulating product capabilities, and the benefits and risks of design decisions. Additionally, you will support multiple customers concurrently on short-duration projects and enjoy the reward of helping customers to be more self-sufficient, to stabilize and optimize their Workday applications, and to learn about new features.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking people who love to help customers and who feel rewarded by driving high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Human Capital Management software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects, or applicable practitioner deployment experience. You will also have 5+ years of experience with the following product areas: HCM and Security. Additionally, you will have 3+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME. You will demonstrate a solid grasp of HR-related systems and processes, able to gain a detailed understanding of Workday concepts and new feature releases in Core HCM, areas of expertise, and cross-application features. You will be certified or able to certify in Workday HCM Products and effectively deploy the solutions. You will also have experience with influencing, interacting, and collaborating with senior leaders, internally and externally, and be capable of leading and influencing design meetings toward an effective and collaborative outcome. You will deliver and get results while managing to a project plan, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with global implementations is preferred, and you will be able to work on multiple engagements simultaneously. A Bachelor's degree or related experience is required, and you will be able to travel up to 25%.
