4/10s and rotating 8-week schedule

Candidate will work one of these shifts for 8 weeks, then switch to the other:

Monday to Thursday 7:30 am to 6 pm

Wednesday to Saturday 7:30 am to 6 pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Answer all customer calls to organize, prioritize and schedule the available Technicians
  • Dispatching techs
  • Track work orders
  • Process and post billing for jobs
  • Ensure that all materials are charged to work orders appropriately
  • Match technician's time sheet to work order
  • Process payments/invoices
  • Work with Accounts Receivable on resolving any uncollected balance
  • Customer service call confirmation

Essential Skills:

  • 2 years of customer service/phone experience.
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge-particularly Excel and Word
  • Independent, self-motivated problem solver
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong team player with positive attitude
