Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Operations Manager located in Tucson, AZ. The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing business processes, analyzing data and trends, and leading program management initiatives. In addition, the Business Operations Manager will have responsibilities in finance and financial analysis.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Business Operations and Operations Management
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Experience in program management and leading cross-functional teams
- Expertise in Microsoft Office to include Excel.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English
