Job Description:



We are seeking a logistics assistant/associate to support the logistical operations within Sino Biological US Inc located near King of Prussia, PA. The logistics associate will manage the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics systems and processes, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and work independently. The logistics associate ensures that products are efficiently and accurately handled within the supply chain, contributing to the smooth operation and success of the organization.





Responsibilities:



  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.
  • Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
  • Coordinate the delivery and distribution of goods to appropriate departments or external customers.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages.
  • Assist in the organization and management of warehouse space.
  • Enter and update logistical data into the company's inventory management system.
  • Ensure that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Address and resolve logistical issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure that all logistical activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Participate in safety training and adhere to safety protocols.





Qualifications:



  • Associate or Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Willing to learn inventory management software
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as required
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptability and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
