OVERVIEW OF THE Administrative Assistant ROLE:

  • Calendar management for senior leadership bodies: Board of Directors, Executive Committee, President's Advisory, etc.
  • Meeting prep, including room reservations, meeting set-up and clean-up, assembling packets and meeting material, attendance entry, etc.
  • Calendar management for President of the Board, including briefings, donor meetings, etc.
  • Management of correspondence for President, including donor acknowledgement letters, condolence notes, event honoree congratulations notes
  • Database, expense report and filing Management, including managing membership and attendance for the Board Directors, Executive Committee and President's Advisory Council

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE Administrative Assistant

  • Highly detail oriented, strong administrative skills
  • Ability to work timely in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and personable presence
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel
  • 4 years related experience
