  • Document Preparation: Draft, review, and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives, providing administrative support and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Office Management: Oversee office operations and supplies, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to improve processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professionalism: High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
