Description:

We're looking for an analytical and results-oriented Project Coordinator that will be responsible for providing direct tactical and executional support to the Display Systems Research Team.


Team:

Display Systems Research Team - cutting edge of technology - 5 to 10 years from product launch.


Project:

Equipment library is being moved and the tool being used is changing.


Typical Day in the Role:

  • overseeing the procurement dashboard
  • placing POs (and follow it from start to finish)
  • supporting demos
  • project coordination of the actual stand ups of the labs.

Responsibilities:

  • The Project Coordinator candidate will perform consistent and accurate entry of written and electronic data into various client systems.
  • Additionally they will provide assistance to the Program Management team on status of projects.
  • Collaborative prioritization with Program Management Team
  • Collect requirements and assigning tasks
  • Track, analyze, and communicate project risks and opportunities
  • Keep in close contact with key project members and decision makers, communicate with stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain issue logs and identify key resolutions for issues/tasks at hand
  • Track and report project progress, update documentation, direct quality assurance
  • Create, maintain and monitor program activity reports, dashboards, and metrics
  • Create and monitor project reports for program managers, proactively identifying and communicating potential issues with plan executions
  • Collaborate frequently and closely with the team to ensure program activities and project tasks are executed on time
  • Point of contact for stakeholders which may include both internal and external customers
  • Business reporting, data validation and analysis, including but not limited to:
  • PO's, inventory, liability, customer orders, forecast.


Required years of experience: 3+ years


Qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Suite, and MS Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Procurement experience
  • VR Experience
  • Game enthusiast preferred
  • Ability to work well within cross functional teams, and with internal/external partners
  • Detail oriented with sound analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Has a track record of planning/buying/production planning
  • Ability keep up in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Lab experience a plus
