A leading Private Equity firm based in NYC is looking for a dedicated, organized, and experienced Executive Assistant to support a Credit Team The ideal candidate is a professional go-getter who is willing to go above and beyond on all tasks. In this role you will support a high performing team 18 professionals with priority on assisting 3 – 4 key team members at the VP level. The team is friendly, warm, supportive and hard working
Degree Required
5+ years for Finance experienced required
Midtown
Hybrid: 4:1, with flexibly to come onsite 5 days as needed
Hours: 8:30 – 5:30pm
Compensation DOE: $100 – 110k base + OT + disc. Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Managing complex calendars and inboxes in Outlook
- Arranging global and domestic travel
- Tracking and submitting expense reports
- Assisting with presentations and meeting preparations
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience out of Financial Services
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knows how to execute, pivot and multi-task quickly
- Flexible attitude and can get along well with different personalities
