Overview of position:

FEDITC is seeking a Sr. Communications Systems Operator (CSO) Tier 1 Analyst at Joint Base Andrews. Active Top-Secret Clearance and a United States Citizenship are required to be considered for this position.


Responsibilities:

  • Tier 1 Support is “Mission Essential”, 24x7 support
  • Operates in the GSOC
  • Track and assist aircraft in flight with communications issues
  • Use Chat software to support Executive Airlift aircraft in flight
  • Respond to incident calls
  • Support Trend Analysis
  • Maintain a Master Station Log (MSL) (007) of all actions performed on shift


Experience/Education:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Communications Systems Operator (CSO) for Executive Airlift at Joint Base Andrews, MD, Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, HI or Ramstein AFB, Germany


Certifications:

  • IAT II certification required


Clearance:

  • A Top-Secret clearance is required to be considered for the position.
  • Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check.
  • Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
